Job Title: Construction Engineer

Company Overview:
Bellway Homes is a leading UK house builder with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to join our North East Division.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Technical in managing a number of developments, including preparing engineering information to a high degree of accuracy and delivering on time. Key accountabilities include working alongside senior team members, controlling and coordinating engineering information, checking drawings and details for accuracy, and liaising with external consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within volume house building or consultancy-based roles, with AutoCAD experience desirable. A degree-level qualification in a construction or engineering subject is required, along with a CSCS card and current full UK driving licence. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
