About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our expanding Property team at G2 Legal Limited in Chester. The team is renowned for its work in agricultural property, option agreements, and leases, as well as sale of land for development and property development.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a variety of matters, including advising clients on land ownership, property disputes, and lease agreements. You will work closely with our team to provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring their property needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on commercial property matters, including agricultural property, option agreements, and leases.
  • Handling property disputes and negotiations with landlords and tenants.
  • Assisting with the sale of land for development and property development projects.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of PQE in a Commercial Property department.
  • Proven experience in handling commercial property matters, including agricultural property and lease agreements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
