Position: Teaching Assistant (SEND)

Location: Kingston

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with SEND, promoting their academic and personal growth

• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans

• Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience

• Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
