We are seeking a dedicated Waste Management Specialist to join our team at the Milton Keynes site.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating plant and machinery to assist with waste sorting, performing maintenance checks, and recording working hours.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sorting waste and ensuring efficient processing
- Carrying out regular maintenance tasks on equipment
- Accurately recording working hours and maintaining accurate records
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and relevant plant operator licences. A proactive approach to tasks and ability to highlight training requirements will also be highly valued.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to our company pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and employee assistance programme.
