Santa Claus Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic and festive individual to join our team as a Santa Claus Ambassador. As a key member of our Winter Wonderland team, you will be responsible for creating magical experiences for children and families during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Engage with children and families, sharing stories and asking about their Christmas wishes
• Participate in various activities and events throughout the village, including the Brunch with Santa experience and the Santas Greetings event
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
