Sponsorship Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of events and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential sponsors
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Sell Online Events, Webinars, and associated services at senior levels
  • Perform key account management and deepen client relationships
  • Review, forecast, and report on pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations colleagues
  • CRM maintenance and attend events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction
Requirements:
  • Degree-educated with a passion for sales
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience (digital media, or sponsorship preferred)
  • A record of sales achievement
  • Energy or manufacturing sector experience
  • Intelligent and articulate candidates with a structured approach and solid time management
  • Hunter mentality and commercially minded with business acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Open and eager to learn with a mature outlook and strong commercial awareness
  • Management/leadership qualities
