About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technologist to join our team at FILTROX Carlson Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control systems
  • Maintain product specifications and plant data
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to Sales and customers
  • Conduct product application testing and create certificates of analysis
  • Perform lenticular module integrity testing and new raw material comparisons
  • Deputise for Senior Technologist in bacteria retention and endotoxin testing
  • Carry out production water microbial testing
  • Support production optimisation projects and assist with machine trials
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards
  • Conduct internal audits and COSHH assessments
  • Provide training and support to new employees
  • Ensure high housekeeping standards across the plant
Requirements:
  • A degree in a scientific discipline
  • Previous experience in a lab technician role (beneficial)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
