We are seeking a highly experienced Principal RF Engineer to join our team at Belcan in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to design and own new cutting-edge products in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end RF product development, including RF front ends, frequency converters, synthesizers, filters, beamformers, power dividers, and phased array antennas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing RF system and hardware from initial concept through requirements definition, architecture definition, part selection, detailed design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support.
  • Presenting engineering design review materials to customers and the executive team.
  • Participating in proposal-writing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from an accredited university or institution and minimum of 9 years of industry experience in design and analysis of RF electronics and systems.
