Job Summary

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our client in a dynamic administrative role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be proficient in the use of the Input Station Operating System to accurately and efficiently process data.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met in relation to standards, security, and production turnaround time.
  • Communicate effectively with the line manager to inform them of any situations where customer requirements cannot be met.
  • Amend documents across all formats as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately record time sheets to reflect the time spent on individual tasks.
  • Work within all relevant health and safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
