Senior Town Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in leading development management projects and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development management projects from conception to completion
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare, submit, and manage a range of planning applications and appeals
  • Provide clear and concise reasoned advice to clients both orally and in writing
  • Manage clients and attend client and local authority meetings
Requirements:
  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or relevant subject
  • Ability to lead own projects and work as part of a team
  • Experience in the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals
  • Confidence in managing clients and attending meetings
  • Ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients
