About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive nursing assessments and reports
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve our services
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
