About the Role

Evolve Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our client's rapidly expanding pharmacy group in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy, which dispenses a high volume of items per month.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 5 days a week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. We offer a great opportunity for professional growth and development, including the possibility of undertaking an independent prescribing qualification with full financial support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high standards and meeting targets consistently.
  • Prescription Fulfilment: Efficiently manage prescription fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee vital services such as pharmacy first and NHS services, providing daily support to the team and building strong relationships with patients, customers, and care homes.
  • Business Development: Drive pharmacy growth and profitability through strategic initiatives, while maintaining legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: GPhC registration is essential, with an independent prescribing qualification a must. MUR accreditation and ProScript proficiency are also desirable.
  • Experience: Open to candidates with any level of experience, with a strong track record of leadership and management in a pharmacy setting.
