Job Title: Social Worker for Children with Disabilities
About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Somerset County Council. This role offers flexible working hours, a supportive team culture, and regular supervision on cases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate with disabled children, supporting parents, carers, and siblings. They will carry out assessments, conduct complex safeguarding risk assessments, and work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with HCPC Registration
- Experience working in a Children with Disabilities team within the UK Social Care industry
- Eligibility to work in the UK
