Project Engineering Lead

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Lead to join our Antenna Group project. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to apply your leadership and management skills across a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate forward load information and arrange technical work estimates from the Antenna Group engineers.
  • Interface between the Antenna Group engineers and project/IPT/CDT counterparts.
  • Liaise with the Compact Antenna Test Range (CATR) team to schedule workload and attend weekly CATR Range planning meetings.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary integrated project teams to understand their needs and provide technical support in the design and development of RF antenna solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, retaining information pertinent to each project and providing information without delay.
  • Support the design of novel antenna solutions and ensure the appropriate resources are available to complete tasks.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Company's Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Capital Acquisition Requests.
