We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Clerk to join our team at FROGG Recruitment in Blackheath, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including trial balances and financial statements.
  • Perform payroll administration functions, including capturing employee data and processing payroll.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation.
  • Collect and process fuel slips and maintain accurate fuel consumption records.
Requirements:
  • 23 years of experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Relevant financial accounting and bookkeeping diploma.
  • Proficient in Pastel and VIP Payroll software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
