Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Invigilation Services Coordinator to join our team at Holcombe Grammar School. As an Invigilation Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and maintaining the high standards of our academy.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to students during exams, ensuring they have a comfortable and distraction-free environment to perform at their best. You will also be responsible for monitoring exam venues, managing student behavior, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a casual position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A good understanding of the examination process and procedures is essential.
