We are seeking a highly skilled Night Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all public areas, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Night Public Area Supervisor and be responsible for the cleanliness of all public areas, guest toilets, public area pantries, colleague toilets, and storage rooms.
  • Provide accurate handover of task sheets to the supervisor before breaking off for the day and comply with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules in all public areas.
  • Assist in monthly inventory of chemicals, machines, cleaning supplies, and control stores of the department, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene policies.
  • Work night shifts based on operational needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel public area cleaning for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Passion for quality luxury hotel service with exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization, with the ability to work under pressure.
