About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team at Travers Smith. As a key member of the team, you will provide paralegal support and report directly to the Dispute Resolution Knowledge Lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Dispute Resolution and maintain the department's know-how resources.
  • Manage the department's intranet pages, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and branded.
  • Support the DR Knowledge Lawyers with organizing training programs and delivering training sessions to DR trainees.
  • Assist with drafting and research for client briefings and external publications.
  • Undertake legal research tasks, draft short-form precedents, and process technical updates to DR precedents under supervision.

Personal Specification

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability and willingness to work proactively and assume responsibility for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive matters and work well under pressure.
