Talent Acquisition Specialist

Based in our High Wycombe office with a hybrid working arrangement, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time position with 37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Sourcing temporary and contract workers while maintaining IR35 compliance.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of new hires.
- Develop a strong industry presence through social media, networking, and event participation.
- Execute recruitment-focused projects, delivering regular management reports to stakeholders.
- Essential internal talent recruitment experience, with proficiency in direct sourcing across various job platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- A full UK driving license for occasional office/event commutes.
