Job Summary:
This role involves cutting, trimming, and preparing meats according to customer orders. The successful candidate will have strong butchery knowledge and knife skills, as well as the ability to maintain a safe food environment and work effectively in a team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing meats according to customer orders
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Cooperating with colleagues to achieve team goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified butcher or equivalent experience
- Manual dexterity for handling knives and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
