Curriculum Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to ensure efficient and effective delivery of allocated departments
  • Lead a team of tutors, assessors, and IQAs, setting performance objectives and conducting regular reviews
  • Collaborate with the College marketing team to build relationships with stakeholders and partners, focusing on income growth
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of data requirements
  • Work closely with the Director of Curriculum and Curriculum leader to ensure high-quality provision and achievement rates

Requirements

  • Up-to-date knowledge of post-16 education and training policies, initiatives, and developments
  • Proven track record of managing teams to achieve excellent teaching and learning standards
  • Experience in contributing to the development of curriculum and learning programs

About the Role
