Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day management of your room, leading the staff within your area and training them to thrive

Person Specification:
NVQ 3 or above childcare qualification
Experience in a leadership role
Good standard of written and spoken English
In depth knowledge of safeguarding children and child protection and appropriate protocol
Evidence of ongoing professional development including childcare specific training
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
