Senior Costing Specialist

Blue Inn Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Tendering and Estimation Professional to join their team. As a key member of the company, this role will be responsible for assessing tender documents and preparing accurate estimates. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the civil & groundwork sector, including strong knowledge of tendering and pricing processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. They will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and opportunities in tenders/projects. In addition, they will have experience with price value engineering cost savings where applicable.

We estimate the salary for this role to be in the region of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This figure takes into account the location of Kent and the level of expertise required for the position.
