Sales and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Corriculo Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage sales data, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
