Vehicle Damage Assessor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of the damage, and preparing estimates for repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of the damage
  • Prepare estimates for repairs, including costs and time scales
  • Identify the correct prescribed repair method
  • Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and technicians
  • Liaise with body shop personnel to ensure correct repair methodology
Requirements:
  • Audatex and Autoflow experience
  • Experience as a VDA / Vehicle Estimator
  • ATA qualification or time served technician
  • Experience in a body shop or accident repair environment
