Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The role of the Communities Lead is to work with a wide range of student leaders to mobilise the community organising model for a particular faculty within the university. This involves working closely with students to identify opportunities for skill development and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • a degree in a relevant field such as education or social sciences;
  • experience of working with students in a leadership or advisory capacity;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about student development.
