Warehouse Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Manpower Enva. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising purchase orders for transportation costs and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing transportation claims and updating trackers
  • Utilizing SAP to update stock levels and store important documents
  • Managing customer portals to book and process orders
  • Identifying potential order shortages and collaborating with the planning team to resolve issues

About You:

We are looking for an individual with prior experience in administration and customer service roles. While previous experience in this specific role is not necessary, we require strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Excel. Experience working with CRM packages like SAP is also desirable.
