About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Solutions Specialist to join our team at Evelyn Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of various types of insolvency case estate/client accounts and cash books to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To reconcile a large number of estate/client accounts and identify all unidentified entries.
  2. To liaise and meet with various representatives to a professional standard, whilst completing duties and progressing relationships.
  3. To arrange bank account opening and closing with various banking institutions in an expedient manner.
  4. Complete internal procedures for paying in estate/client account cheques to the relevant account.
  5. Process sterling and foreign cheque/transfer requisitions, whilst showing a very high level of attention to detail.
  6. To arrange deposit investments to maximise return for amount available.
  7. To accurately process entries to estate/client accounts.
  8. To produce statutory documents, whilst showing a high level of attention to detail, in line with statutory requirements.
  9. To file documentation to the correct case files, for audit trail and future reference purposes.
  10. Allocate inward payments.
  11. Processing of payments, upon receipt of back-up paperwork.

Requirements

  1. Experience working in a back office processing environment of a 'high street' Bank Required.
  2. Completing high pressure/volume transactions and suspense account reconciliations Required.
  3. Knowledge of general banking practices, along with Swift/BIC/domestic payment requirements.
