Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver innovative learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences.
- Prioritize business impact and ROI through data-driven decision making.
- Align digital learning and skills strategy with GPD and business strategic priorities.
- Develop compelling digital learning campaigns that drive culture change.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Optimize digital learning platforms and systems.
- Develop and implement a roadmap of work with clear key milestones, objectives, and key results.
- Manage projects and programs independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
- Utilize data to drive continuous improvement and future performance.
- Select and optimize external partners.
- Consult across the organization to solve prioritized learning needs.
