Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver innovative learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Prioritize business impact and ROI through data-driven decision making.
  • Align digital learning and skills strategy with GPD and business strategic priorities.
  • Develop compelling digital learning campaigns that drive culture change.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Optimize digital learning platforms and systems.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap of work with clear key milestones, objectives, and key results.
  • Manage projects and programs independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Utilize data to drive continuous improvement and future performance.
  • Select and optimize external partners.
  • Consult across the organization to solve prioritized learning needs.
