About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our established team at Cavendish Maine Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse range of public sector and government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Executive in managing client portfolios, including contract renewal and setup.
  • Provide first-point-of-contact for external queries and issues, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to deliver high-quality and efficient service to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation associated with client insurance programs.
  • Contribute to the development of a high company image of professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous account handling experience in a commercial insurance environment, with relevant technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and eagerness to progress with ACII qualification (supported by the company).
