Job Description

This role involves providing expert front-line support to improve and maintain plant/facility effectiveness, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to frontline maintenance delivery to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Delivering frontline support to Maintenance Teams for routine, emergent, and outage activities.
  • Supporting the development of modifications, including identifying needs, requirements, and design work.
  • Providing guidance on electrical safety to Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and Contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with LOLER and PSSR regulations within their area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge in Engineering, whether through direct experience or transferable skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A Higher level qualification or equivalent training/experience in an Engineering/Maintenance discipline.
  • Demonstrable understanding and application of Equipment Reliability processes.
  • Demonstrable experience of ensuring/improving plant and equipment reliability and availability.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Subject Matter Expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
