Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to teachers and students, helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and providing targeted support to students.
  2. Implement evidence-based intervention programs to support students' learning and development.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
  4. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their individual learning needs.
  5. Prepare teaching materials and resources to support lesson plans.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a primary school setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively as part of a team.
