Essential Requirements:
To succeed as Examination Supervisors with Aspire People, you will need:
1. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
2. Reliability and punctuality, being available on an ad-hoc basis and committing to the full duration of exam sessions.
3. Strong verbal communication skills to convey instructions clearly and calmly to students.
4. Professionalism, maintaining a calm and authoritative presence, especially in situations involving stress or anxiety among students.
5. Basic IT literacy, able to use basic computer equipment and read digital instructions.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £10.50 per hour.
