Senior VAT Manager

This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home or our London offices. As a Senior VAT Manager at LGBT Great, you will be part of a highly motivated global indirect tax team, providing advice to stakeholders on indirect tax-related topics, ensuring compliance with relevant case law and legislation, and taking ownership of personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide indirect tax advice to the tax team, Finance, Legal, and the business, responding to queries and proactively supporting teams on all indirect tax matters.
  • Ongoing indirect tax compliance oversight, including VAT return review and liaison with HMRC.
  • Take ownership of personal and professional development, building and maintaining an effective team by assessing and selecting individuals with the required skills and experience.
Requirements
  • Professional Accounting/Tax qualification.
  • Strong indirect tax compliance knowledge.
  • Computer literate with a good command of Excel/Powerpoint.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills at senior management level.
