Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the teaching and learning of students in a dynamic and inclusive environment. They will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement tailored lesson plans, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and assessing students with varying levels of ability and need
- Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with colleagues to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualified teaching qualification (QTS) and experience working with SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and supportive approach to teaching and learning
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
