Job Title: HGV Instructor

Talent Finder is one of Ireland's leading haulage companies, operating for over 30 years. We specialize in transporting full and part loads between the UK and Ireland with a modern fleet of 160+ HGV units. Our services include full loads, groupage, warehousing, and customs clearance.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV instructor to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be a crucial member of the team helping us deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Requirements:
  • Full Class 1 driving licence with at least 3 years' experience
  • Previous experience as a HGV driver trainer
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven record of delivering change
  • Strong communication skills
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and evaluating driver performance using vehicle telematics
  • Delivering high-quality training to all drivers
  • Supporting investigations to understand root cause and further training requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to generate cost savings across the fleet

What You Can Expect:
