Job Description:
We Are Footprint is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of social housing projects, including preparing detailed cost plans and estimates, monitoring project costs, and identifying potential cost savings.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates for social housing projects
* Monitor project costs and identify potential cost savings
* Manage variations and claims
* Prepare and submit interim and final accounts
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify potential issues

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £65,000 - £70,000 + package.
