Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at TED Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs and managing the financial aspects of construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Provide cost management and quantity surveying services to clients across various sectors, including hotels, residential, and retail.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost estimates and financial planning.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project budgets.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and financial analyses to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Chartered status and RICS membership are highly desirable.
