**Salary & Benefits**
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, with an opportunity to earn up to 20% OTE / Bonus.
A car allowance of £500 per month or a hybrid company car is also on offer.
**Job Description**
This is a strategic Senior Business Development Manager role, responsible for strategically winning commercial multi-site accounts relationships with high spending customers.
You will be tasked with building partnerships with Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers, Health & Safety and Service Managers and up to C-Level decision makers.
The ideal candidate will develop account plans for the short, medium and long term, cross-selling and up-selling other services into the business to maximise incremental growth opportunities.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a strong business development manager with experience in developing account growth plans.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contracting services or FM services is required, preferably in the waste or FM sector.
