Job Summary

heightec, a leading provider of specialized training services, is seeking a full-time instructor to join our team at our UK training centers. We also welcome applications for part-time or subcontractor work.

Job Purpose

As a Training Professional, you will report to the Training Operations Manager and be responsible for delivering training programs to clients in the rope access, rescue, government agency, and telecoms industries, as well as other specialized sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training courses at our UK training centers and client locations
  • Maintain high standards of safety with close supervision of trainees
  • Understand legislation and principles of risk assessment
  • Work in accordance with defined procedures
  • Maintain high standards of knowledge and techniques
  • Complete course paperwork accurately
  • Inspect and maintain training equipment
  • Perform general building facility maintenance

Requirements

IRATA and/or EUSR/MATS instructing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Training experience is required, and ideally, a AET/CAVA qualification or equivalent is preferred.
