Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take orders and make recommendations to customers, ensuring accurate and timely service.
  • Answer phone calls to take orders and respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring seamless service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Durable, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, independent restaurant or casual dining setting is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and improve existing skills, with a keen interest in learning and growing professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
