Electrical Engineering Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team at MDE Consultants Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of electrical engineers, providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the electrical engineering team.
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and plans.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to estimate accurate schedules and solve problems.
  • Streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Establish technical standards and best practices.
  • Manage and develop electrical engineers to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an electrical engineering management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Recognized qualifications in a related field.
