About the Role

We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a SEN Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs, including physical and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care support as needed to ensure student comfort and dignity.
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt and modify learning materials, helping students access the curriculum in a way that suits their individual abilities.
  • Support each child's social, emotional, and academic development, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
