Culinary Expert

We are seeking a talented Culinary Expert to join our team at B&I. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.

• Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
• Menu Management: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our offerings remain appealing and relevant.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve our food services and suggest new ideas to enhance the dining experience.
• Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
• Menu Creation: Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Brand Representation: Represent B&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.

• Culinary Passion: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Certifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Leadership Experience: Have experience supervising a team.
• Industry Knowledge: Have experience in a similar Chef role.
• Food Safety: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Flexibility: Have a flexible approach to working.

At B&I, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a collaborative and supportive work environment.
