We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst to join our team at Allianz Insurance Plc. As a key player in our Data Strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, BI CoE, Data Science, and wider data teams to improve data quality across the organisation. Your primary focus will be on developing a robust framework for data quality, identifying and mitigating potential data quality issues, and monitoring and measuring data quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive data quality framework to ensure data integrity for regulatory and strategic requirements.
- Collaborate with data stewards to resolve data integrity issues and ensure high-quality data delivery.
- Work closely with the data platform team and stakeholders to deliver the data quality framework and roadmap.
- Align data quality initiatives with overall data governance strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis of data issues and recommend plans to prevent future defects.
- Implement data quality rules in data quality tools to ensure enterprise data quality standards are met.
- Champion high-quality data and guarantee valuable data is governed, compliant, and delivers maximum value.
- Contribute to data management KPI reporting by maintaining data quality scores.
