Key Responsibilities- Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understanding of their business models to tailor solutions.
- Develop own new sales pipeline through generating leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Occasionally travel to face-to-face meetings, including client offices, events, and conferences.
- Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations.
- Handle own internal administration, including updating the CRM, providing monthly reports, and sales pipeline forecasting.
- Experience in a similar role in an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support.
- Rounded software and hardware knowledge, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network technologies.
- Target-oriented with the ability to tailor technical solutions for specific client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner, able to develop positive rapport and relations with stakeholders.
- Full UK driving license essential.
