Programme Integration Manager

As a key member of the Logistics Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the programme of activity required to create a fit-for-purpose logistics network. This will involve shaping, incepting, and designing specific project plans to deliver this critical, highly complex, and cross-functional programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivery and Support: Ensure that throughout the transition, service to stores is maintained at the required levels.
- Financial/Commercial and Risk Planning Horizons: Work closely with the relevant members of the Logistics Leadership Team to successfully implement an efficient network that delivers ever-improving service for our customers and members.
- Key Performance Indicators: Indicative Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success of the programme.
- Successful delivery against long-term strategy and plans: Ensure that the programme is delivered in line with the company's long-term strategy and plans.
- Delivery against operational KPI's in sub-functions or areas managed: Monitor and report on the delivery of operational KPI's in sub-functions or areas managed.
- Definition and ownership of a clear risk appetite for area in line with business unit and Group risk appetite: Develop and implement a clear risk appetite for the area in line with the business unit and Group risk appetite.
- Appropriately responding to market, policy, and regulatory changes: Stay up-to-date with market, policy, and regulatory changes and ensure that the programme is adapted accordingly.
- Development of self and team: Develop and implement a plan to develop the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Evidence of driving continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.
- Good management of talent and development of team: Develop and implement a plan to manage talent and develop the team.
