We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Support Technician to join our team at Hull College Group.

This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting student learning and ensuring that practical learning environments, equipment, machines, and plant comply with health and safety requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise practical workspace areas to ensure effective utilisation of space and realistic work simulations.
  • Prepare materials for use by students, including training aids and learning resources.

The ideal candidate will have a GCSE (A - C) or equivalent in Maths and English, as well as NVQ 2/3 or equivalent in Engineering. Knowledge of Health and Safety policy/procedures is also essential.
