Salary
The salary for this role includes £17,500 plus commission. This provides a competitive income package that reflects the importance of this position within the company.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving maintenance issues by urgency and importance. You will also maintain high standards of communication with landlords and tenants, conduct and analyse Property inspection reports, and liaise with the landlord giving relevant advice.

You will book checkouts, analyse reports, and process documentation in line with company processes. Additionally, you will manage end of tenancy returns for a managed client portfolio, negotiate dilapidation compensation for the landlords of a managed client portfolio, and check invoices received against works orders.

You will arrange payment to contractors, manage the tenancy renewal process for the landlord and tenant, monitor any rent arrears, and update landlords promptly. Preparation and serving of legal notices are also part of your responsibilities as a Trainee Property Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good personal presentation and conduct are essential, along with good IT knowledge and general administration and organisational skills.

Able to build effective relationships within the internal network and our customers, you should also possess good problem-solving skills. Your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be crucial in this dynamic environment.
