About the Role

As a Sales Viewings Representative, you will be responsible for meeting prospective purchasers and clients at properties for viewings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a valid UK driving license, and a good understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet clients and potential buyers at properties to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Liaise with customers in a professional and respectful manner, upholding the high standards expected of a Savills representative.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Continuously evaluate performance and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the Rickmansworth area and surrounding villages.

  • You are a self-motivated individual with excellent people skills and a strong ability to build rapport quickly.
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role.
